The calendar is consulted and if the date is available, the event will be scheduled.
An event open to all residents or a meeting involving property owners does not require a fee.
However, all donations are greatly appreciated !
For private use of the facilities a contract will be drawn and a down payment made
according to the adjoining fee schedule.
